The Sausage Gang

There's one thing I can say is that Dum-dum may not be able to figure out which food is hers, she did manage to avoid the cage. She still has her lady parts and her ears are in tact.
My fear is that somehow Charlie will get captured. Not that they would hurt him and he's already been fixed but he would probably return with the tip of his ear missing. I don't want that. I like little pointed kitty ears.
They all want to be fed at once, and expect me to feed them every time I leave. If I leave twice, I have to feed them twice. If I don't bring food, they lay on this huge guilt trip, then I bring down something and that wasn't what they had in mind.
When I left this evening for the veggie store, they were clamoring for food. I had brought a little snack for Patch and Mask. The kittens are expanding their territory from the hall of our apartment door deep into their space. Now, I have to go further to find them and call out for them to come. Everybody was all over everybody so I told Patch and Mask I would feed them when I got back -- which I did, but it wasn't enough.
So I go upstairs with Patch and Mask following and a troop full of kittens. Then I see Loper's jellybeans and they want to be fed too. Speaking of Loper, even though I see her kittens every now and then, I haven't seen Loper for awhile. Well, Charlie was outside and he wanted to come in and he's following me too. Charlie and I are making our way upstairs up darts Bandit getting in front of us. That made Charlie mad and he wouldn't move. He wouldn't go up because of Bandit and he wouldn't go down because of the others.
I picked him up and carried him most of the way, he didn't like and jumped out of my arms and hissed at Bandit. Bandit didn't care. I cornered Charlie and picked him up again. This time we were able to get in front of Bandit and he was willing to walk the rest of the way up. Oh boy, it's really a struggle to go outside.
