Yesterday morning, Fluffy and Sausage came up for their sardine. Sausage liked it so much, she came back up in the afternoon for another one. I explained to her that sardines were a morning only snack and we were going to the grocery store and she needed to leave.
She settled down on the floor and looked up at us with those big green eyes and wouldn't move. We weren't going to be gone long, so we left her inside. Apparently she used the litter box while we were gone. When we came back, she was fine and ready to leave.
She did so well yesterday, when David went on his walk this morning, he left her inside. I've been sleeping weird lately. Falling asleep at 9:30 and then waking up early. Yesterday I woke up at 3am -- wide awake couldn't fall back asleep. This morning I woke up at 1:30 -- wide awake couldn't fall back asleep. Got out of bed around three, then went back to bed and managed to fall asleep for a little bit, only to be wakened by Sausage. She has this croak instead of a meow.
Finally, I got up and let her outside. Put some fresh food for her in the hall. Here comes GG. He gets to the top of the stairs, they see each other and hiss. GG goes halfway down the stairs, sits and stares at me. I go pick him up and bring him past Sausage. Before I can close the door, Sausage is back inside. I pick her up and put her back out. I go back to bed. In a few minutes I hear GG's loud meow, and I'm thinking he wants water. Instead he came into the bedroom and slept on the pillow with me. When David came home, he didn't even notice GG on the pillow and couldn't figure out where his cat was.
Around 7:30, I woke again. Snuggled at little with GG, then got up and fed the guys downstairs. Sausage was nursing her kittens, tore away and came up to me. I fed her, fed Patch and Mask. Called for Fluffy. She appeared, but wouldn't eat anything -- I think while I was sleeping with GG she came inside for awhile and ate, then David let her out. She acted like she wanted to come upstairs but when Sausage came too, Fluffy stayed down. I saw Cinnamon through the window and went back down to feed him only to hear some yowling. Fluffy chased him away, and Sausage went back to her kittens.

I do believe you now have 3 house cats! GG, fluffy, and sausage !
