A Morning Surprise

This morning GG came in around 7am and a few minutes later I hear a squeaky meow at the door and there is Fluffy and Mask. I left the door open to see what would happen. Soon Patch came up and I fed them out in the hall. But Fluffy and Mask wandered into the apartment and looked around. I sat by GG who watched them the entire time his ears perked. He didn't like this one little bit, but he didn't chase anyone out.
A while later, Bag wandered up and took a look around. I figured since they got food upstairs, I wouldn't need to go down and feed them. David reminded me of the new guy. Okay, I'd have to go down and feed Sausage. By this time, all of the cats had left, and I grabbed a bag of food and went down. They were waiting for me at the foot of the stairs claiming they hadn't already eaten. Cats lie! I fed them again, but I didn't give them as much as I ordinarily would.
I looked around. No Sausage. I asked the others where the new guy was and in answer to my question I hear this scrambling through the bushes and there's Sausage starving to death. Well, Mask doesn't like Sausage and after I fed him she chased him away and ate his food. So I had to re-feed Sausage someplace else. In the meantime, Cinnamon came and ate Mask's food. It gets really complicated.
