Another Revolving Door

This morning it was raining. Fluffy came up with me, and the only other person down there was Patch. Only a few drops were coming down and I fed Patch in the bowl. Went around the corner to find Mask. No Mask, and I haven't seen her all day. By the time I got back to Patch, it was raining in earnest. He was sitting in the rain eating breakfast. I moved his bowl to a more protected space and rubbed my hand across his wet fur.
Upstairs, some thunder woke up GG. GG has a jealousy problem, and when he saw Fluffy was in the apartment, he was not happy. They both wanted to go outside in the rain and I tried to convince them otherwise. But they were insistent. They both left. GG first, and Fluffy following a safe distance behind. About an hour later, GG came back up and has been a good baby ever since.
After lunch, I had a bit of a tummy upset, and decided I could use some fizzy water. I went to buy some and Calico darts across the street. She followed me into the little market and got shooed away by the proprietor and so she waited for me outside. Then she followed me home. Somehow we got by Patch, and she came upstairs and had a little nosh. Then she wanted to go, but she was afraid to go downstairs by herself, so I went with her. Once outside there was Patch to deal with. Somehow I convinced Patch to come up and have a bite, so the two passed with minimal hissing. GG slept through the visitors otherwise he would have been mad. He's awake now and none the wiser.

Hilarious! Calico waiting outside the store and following back home. No wonder you have daily adventures with the kitties, they are so cute.
