Brazen Little Hussy
22Mar18
Mornings no problem. Fed the little guys realizing my neighbor has already serviced them which is why they're not starving. Patch let me pet him about five times. Mask still won't let me touch her.
I had to run a errand around lunch time and was attacked by all Patch, Mask, and Fluffy. Calico, the brazen little hussy also ran into their territory wanting food. I forget to bring any snacks and went back upstairs to get some. Came back and fed the brats, but went around the back side so Calico wouldn't follow me. The way she darts across the street scares me and I don't want to see a flattened little Calico in the road.
When I came back, I did have some food for her, but she was nowhere to be seen.
Later, when we did our Shabbat shopping, GG left with us. He usually comes and goes as he pleases but he was acting all weird. Turns out either the man who cleans the hallways was here, and he was afraid to go past, or the lady who hates cats had her door open and he was afraid to go past. With David and I coming with him, he showed no fear.
We passed through the sentry (Mask and Patch, and also Calico) with no problem. We picked up our fruits and veggies and then went to this take-out store where you can buy pre-cooked food take it home and eat it. This is mostly what David eats for lunch. They also make a really good chicken kabob, which we will have for dinner tonight. Well, the place is really, really small, so I just wait outside while David picks out his lunch.
There were these little girls playing outside and I'm sitting there watching, smiled at one. The next thing I know they come up and start talking to me in Hebrew. I explained I only speak English and they tried to communicate with me in a blend of Hebrew and English. There were five little girls surrounding me and bombarding me with Hebrew questions I couldn't answer. They were cute.
When we entered back into brat territory there was Calico and the brats waiting for me. We took our load upstairs and I headed back down with food. Fed everyone. GG was laying outside stretched out with his tummy exposed, but he didn't care to eat anything. Fluffy was hiding under a chair. She followed me up. When one of the ferals follow me up, they deserve an extra treat. Fluffy got a packet of cat food soaked morsels in gravy. She licked up that gravy fast.
