Sardines

I've been putting out a little sardine for GG, but he is no longer interested. This morning I took the sardine that GG left overnight down for Fluffy. To my surprise Bag was there. I haven't seen him all year. I split the sardine and gave them each a bite and some dry cat food.
Went over and fed the brats. They didn't know about the sardine so they weren't jealous.
Easy peasy when I give Fluffy something she wants to eat.
This afternoon when we ran our errands -- we run errands almost every single day -- Calico comes up to greet me. I didn't have any food for her. She followed me on the way back and I told her to come upstairs and I'd give her a sardine. She was definitely interested, but there was this doggie. He seemed to be indifferent to the cats, but Fluffy wouldn't move until doggie was safely out of the way. Calico continued to follow me and I looked like she would come upstairs, but here comes Patch acting as sentry and he wasn't about to let her pass.
I promised Calico I would come back with something delicious. Patch followed me upstairs and was about to eat when he heard a noise in the hall, freaked and ran away. I took a tin of sardines down with me and was greeted by Fluffy. Gave her some, she was distracted enough I could easily feed Patch, and then went and fed Calico. Another cat was nearby and mewed for some too. On the way back, Patch wanted some more and Fluffy did too. Emptied out the sardine tin.
GG was outside but I didn't see him. David thinks he has another feeder/crash pad. I wouldn't be surprise.
