Rainy days and Mondays gets little kitties down
24Nov17
The past few days have been cold and rainy. The only ones available in the mornings have been Fluffy, Loper, Patch and Mask. GG, as usual meows like a banshee to come inside and when he wants to go out sits silently staring at the door.
Yesterday, even though the rain had stopped, GG was in and out, in and out. We also bought GG some expensive cat food, and he sniffed at it and wouldn't eat it. I mixed in the cheaper cat food which we call Mikky D's because it must be tasty, it is definitely fattening, and addicting. He seemed rather upset about the more nutritional cat food. So he left late afternoon and hasn't come back at all, not even for his morning breakfast. I'm rather concerned, but David is okay.
In fact when I went down to feed the rest of the cats no one was there except Patch. I coaxed him upstairs. He was very tentative, but explored a little and ate the more expensive cat food no problem. I followed him down to see if any of the others arrived. Only Loper. I haven't seen her together with her kitten in ages. I have seen her kitten but he doesn't like a kitten anymore.
Even though they are outdoor cats, it seems lonely not having a full crew hanging out downstairs. The apartment seems empty without a loudmouth
GG demanding to be petted. Oh well.

Awaiting the next installment, has GG come back? Is Loper's kitten found a new territory? There are plenty of feral mysteries!
