Not another cat...
...oh what am I doing????

Although with the gentle giant hanging out upstairs, feedings have been much calmer. There is still the feed me first mentality all the cats share. Yesterday, Fluffy had to be fed first. I've been feeding her last, so I can sit by and comfort her while she eats. Well, she comes with me underfoot not meaning to trip me but making it likely to happen, and Bag follows. Bag was right in front of me so I bent down and pet him. As he was jumping out of my path, Fluffy nudged him. Still, Bag sat and calmly hissed me.
I feed the brats, and Fluffy eats Mask's food, so I had to feed mask on the sidewalk again. Loper comes up demanding food, so I go by the tree and feed her and the kitten. Bag was fed last.
On our excursions yesterday we noticed Black Tail was walking with a limp. When we came home, GG comes upstairs and I coaxed Fluffy upstairs also. To my surprise she stayed long enough to eat a few bites. She kept freaking out by noise in the hall, so I thought I would slowly and quietly close the door. When she saw the door shut, she went crazy and started looking for another way out. I immediately opened the door for her and she ran out.
This morning, GG was up as David opened the door for his pre-dawn walk. The cat ate and finally settled down somewhat. When David came home, I went down to feed the cats. No Fluffy. I tried feeding Bag first but Loper wanted to eat his food. Went over and fed the brats only to find another cat in the territory wanting to be fed too.
By the tree, I fed Loper's kitten and Black Tail. Loper came back so I fed her too, and tried to induce Bag to eat the food I originally put out for him.
At this rate I'm going to be feeding a 100 cats.
