Mine, Mine, Mine

12Sept17

Before feeding the cats, my husband notified me that he had spotted Patch and Mask eating chicken so not to be surprised if they weren't hungry. I went downstairs and Loudmouth pushed his way to be fed first. His whole head is inside the bowl before I can give him a second helping.

I went by the tree and Fluffy insisted on being petted. No Bag. Loper was looking at me like she was starving, so I fed her and started back scratching Fluffy's head. The brats may have been fed chicken earlier, but they came up insisting they were hungry too. I started to fill Fluffy's bowl, but she knocked the food out of my hand insisting on more petting. I pet her some more and filled her bowl. Well, I had pet her so much, Loudmouth had finished eating and came over for more food. He started eating out of Fluffy's bowl. No problem. Bag wasn't around and I filled his bowl for Fluffy.

I followed the brats and Fluffy followed me. She was winding herself around my legs and nearly knocked me over. I filled up Patch's bowl and fluffy started eating that. The container the black dog tried to eat was still outside so I put some food in there for Patch, and filled Mask's bowl. A little old lady walked by and freaked out the brats who ran and hid and reappeared when she was gone.

Everyone eating, I went back to the apartment only to be greeted by Bag. I found a bowl Loudmouth wasn't using and fed him. He always keeps his distance from me but does appreciate breakfast.
