Mask Missing

Yesterday Mask, as usual, was full of piss and vinegar swiping at all the other cats including Loudmouth. This morning – no Mask. My husband didn’t even see her earlier when he left and came back from his walk. Mask always hangs around Patch, so it is troublesome when the little one isn’t around.

On the loving couple front, Fluffy and Bag were laying together in the back yard as usual. My husband witnessed something that makes him think an interesting threesome is going on. Yesterday Loudmouth was lying near Fluffy and letting out these painful yowls. Possibly Fluffy is in heat and Loudmouth wanted some. This morning it looked to my husband like Loudmouth got some while Bag sat around indifferent. I got a better look at Bag’s ears, they’re both intact, meaning he still has his little balls. Lately, Bag has been acting weird, and going to extra lengths to avoid me.

One of these days I’m going to give the cats an extra treat, something good like fish or chicken, and see if they will allow themselves to come closer in order to get it.
